Posting Policy

Make sure you comply to our Posting Policy.

Off Campus Listings prohibited the following activities from posting :

Ad Posting in languages other than English and French.
Posting an ad which defames anyone.
Posting any hate speech.
Deliberately Posting misleading information.
Posting ads in the wrong categories. (Example: posting a house for rent in the roommate wanted section )
Posting a house for sale/rent outside of the area it’s located.
Ad Posting that does not pertain to off campus housing.
Posting an Ad that serves no other purpose other than to send traffic to a web site.
Posting Ads using multiple different email addresses.

Users under 16 years of age must have an adult / guardian post their ads for security reasons.

Ads that do not comply with the above rules will be deleted. Repeat offenses will have the user account banned / blocked.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the “item” you list, buy or sell.
